Armenia Beats Ukraine in Second Round of the World Team Chess Championship

The meetings of second round of the World Team Chess Championship took place today in Tsaghkadzor. Armenia bounced back and beat Ukraine 2.5 to 1.5 after suffering a loss to Israel in the first round. Levon Aronian defeated Ruslan Ponomarev to give the edge to Armenia.
